These commitments are not an add-on package. They are part of every environment we design and operate.

No data outflow. Your data does not leave the agreed system boundary – no transfer to third parties, no public cloud or AI services.

No use for training. Content, documents and inputs are never used to train models – neither by us nor by any provider.

Exclusive capacity. The agreed compute, GPU and storage capacity is reserved for you alone – no shared use, no overbooking.

Operated in Germany. Processing and storage take place on controlled infrastructure in Germany – or on your own, if preferred.

Controlled access. Administrative access is governed, role-based and logged.

Auditable operations. System boundaries, data sources, model versions and changes are documented and verifiable.
